The Town
The
town Málaga (600.000 inhabitants) is a sunny city with many beaches
which attracts students, professionals and scholars from around the
globe. Study and leisure time activities are unlimmited. Sports aficionados
will find top-rate facilities for golf, watersports,
horseback riding, and skiing all within close reach. And if you want
to explore other areas of historical and cultural interest outside of
Málaga, you'll find that Sevilla, Granada, Córdoba and
Cadiz are all easily accessible by car, bus or train.
The
International Airport in Málaga is only a 20 minute drive from
the school. Another advantage of learning Spanish in Málaga is
that here you will be taught the more international Spanish because
the Latinamerican Spanish take after Andalusian Spanish and you will
be able to understand latinamerican speakers . An integrated and communicative
teaching system using our own books results in rapid progress. At the
Alhambra Institute you will find well-trained, highly-qualified teachers
with enthusiasm and dedication.
How
lucky Pablo Picasso was to be born under this glorious sky! Modern and
traditional styles successfully mix -- Málaga's growth in recent
years has not erased any of its traditional charm.
The
only foreigners you will meet here are other students like yourself,
who are perfectly integrated into the Spanish way of life. During your
experience here you will be able to meet many people and immerse yourself
in the local culture, having Spanish conversation around the clock,
listening to flamenco guitars, eating tapas and enjoying the
beautiful weather. Throughout the year until the mild months of winter,
you can enjoy sitting outside on the terraces at the beach or you can
visit the countless cosy bodega bars in the old part of Málaga.
Come and discover Málaga! "¡Málaga tiene más!"
